Multiple Factors Affect Your Weight
In order to achieve your optimal weight, multiple factors that affect weight have to be addressed. Obviously, the food you eat is one of them, but in addition, we have to consider dysfunction of the digestive system, hormonal imbalance, sleep, stress, genetics, environment, and behaviors/habits.

Although this program is primarily nutrition-based, it begins with a medical evaluation to address other factors that can be contributing to weight gain or inability to lose weight.

This program includes:
– A 7-day detox to remove the stored environmental toxins from the liver and gastrointestinal tract
– 12 weeks of professional, individualized life coaching sessions with a nurse practitioner
– 6 educational classes to help provide information about toxins, inflammation, nutrients, stress, exercise, sleep and hormones.
– A packet of information including allowed/not allowed foods, meal guide, tracking/journaling space and tips to understanding nutrition labels.
